A 32-year-old man has been charged following a fatal car crash at Bingara earlier this year.
Two men were travelling north along Old Barraba Road in an unregistered Holden utility on May 17, when the car left the road and crashed into a tree.
A 54-year-old man died at the scene.
Yesterday officers arrested the man at Cessnock in the Hunter Valley.
He’ll face court in January.
