The $388-million Trinity Point marina, on southern Lake Macquarie, has unveiled its first high-profile resident, with former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke purchasing the first of the development’s 250 apartments.
He’s become an ambassador for the project, alongside Jennifer Hawkins.
Land sales will open to the public on Sunday, while a five-star Pullman hotel has also been announced for the resort.
