Gunnedah residents will be put on level two water restrictions for 24-hours next week, when Essential Energy cuts the electricity supply to carry out routine maintenance.
The main bores located on Wean and Orange Grove Roads will be out of action from seven o’clock next Monday night, to seven o’clock Tuesday night.
Council will use two extra generators to maintain water supply to the town, but are urging residents to conserve water during the outage.
