DERELICT STOCKTON SERVICE STATION GUTTERED BY FIRE

A much-maligned part of Stockton has been destroyed – with the disused Fullerton Street service station torn apart by fire last night.
Firefighters battled flames and thick smoke for over an hour before bringing the fire under control.
Residents are now calling for the site to be cleared for good.
The site was in such poor condition that the Department of Lands revoked the licence and was in process of having the site vacated.

Good riddance. What a farce. Over 3 years and not a drop of fuel sold despite what that lying toad says. The place was used as a second hand store with cheap rent courtesy of the council.
The only question is who lit the fire… normally the finger of blame goes to the involved parties, but in this case half of Stockton wanted the guy running it gone, and this sure archives that. So Stockton population of 2300, which of them was it?
