An 83 year old man is now facing four driving charges following a fatal, two car crash near Uralla last month.
They include dangerous driving occasioning death, and negligent driving occasioning death.
His Subaru sedan collided with a Ford Fairlane on the New England Highway – the driver of the Ford died at the scene.
An 85 year old female passenger of the Subaru died six days later due to resulting injuries.
He’ll face Armidale Local Court on February 29.
