The body of a man who went missing from Tuncurry early on Christmas Day has been found.
Around 1:40am on Friday, police received reports from family members that a relative had not returned from fishing near the Northern Parkway.
A search commenced, with the body of a man located in nearby bushland around 10:40am.
Police are investigating the death, but it is not being treated as suspicious.
