Two of the region’s top boxers have announced their first fights for the New Year, with both gunning for titles in Sydney in March.
Gunnedah’s Wade Ryan will defend his New South Wales Middleweight crown against Peter Georgiou in an eight-round battle.
While Tamworth’s Brendan Saunders has earned a rematch with Gearoid Clancy, after the Irishman beat him in November.
The pair will be fighting for the International Boxing Organisation Oceania Lightweight belt.
