FEARNLEY CELEBRATES 10 WINS IN OZ DAY 10K

Newcastle wheelchair racing legend Kurt Fearnley has won his 10th Oz Day 10K title in Sydney, equaling the record set by Louise Sauvage.
The 34-year-old crossed the line just shy of the record at 20 minutes and 35 seconds.
“Been a long time between drinks. These last few years it’s been a tough couple of races but it’s good to get number 10.”
Fearnley says he’s in great form, compared to this time last year, as his build-up to the Rio Paralympics continues to gain momentum.
