Police are appealing for information after three armed men attempted to rob a tavern on the Central Coast last night.
The men were seen acting suspiciously near a premises on Washington Avenue in Niagara Park at about 9.40pm, before a security guard found them behind a door of the building – one armed with a gun – the other a sword.
The men then fled the scene.
They’re described as bring in their 20s wearing dark pants and jumpers.
