Police are appealing for information following two break and enters at semi-rural properties in the region on Thursday.
Between 8am and 4pm, a property on Coaldale Road at The Pinnacles was targeted.
Seven firearms, electronic items and jewellery were taken.
Meanwhile cash, alcohol and other items were taken from a home on Lawrence Road at Southgate between 9 and 3.
Police believe the incidents are linked.
