Lennox Head-based State MP Catherine Cusack has taken leave from politics to get treatment for depression,
The Liberal MP said in a statement, that she will be unavailable for a period of time while she focuses on her recovery.
Both Premier Barry O’Farrell and the Opposition have sent their well wishes.
