MISSING BUSHWALKER FOUND
A bushwalker, who went missing in state forest north of Glen Innes, has been found.
The 69-year-old was located on a ridge near a makeshift campsite in the Torrington State Park this afternoon, after spending two nights in the bush.
Chief Executive of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Stephen Leahy, says the man was fatigued and dehydrated.
He’s been flown to a command post for medical treatment.
