A online fundraiser for a cat, left paralysed after an alleged case of cruelty in the Hunter, has raised more than $10,000 for medical expenses.
Donations have poured in for the feline – named Princess – after she was found with a broken spine and legs on May 6.
The cat and her kittens are now in the care of an animal rescue group.
A 58-year-old man has been charged with cruelty offences, and is due to face court next month.
