Jets coach Scott Miller has recruited 18-year-old Daniel Alessi from Western Sydney, on a two-year deal.
The young defender played a handful of games for the Wanderers over the past three seasons, and has represented Australia at junior level.
The Jets say Alessi can play in the centre of defence, or at left or right fullback, and will be one of the club’s designated under-20 players next season.
