Police from across the Mid North Coast have been recognised for their service, at a special ceremony in Port Macquarie.
More than 40 current and former officers were awarded for their commitment, bravery or long service.
Laurieton’s Senior Constable Martin Gampe was named Community Police Officer of The Year, while Macksville’s Detective Senior Constable David Stuart won the peer-nominated category.
Seargent John Lawrie received an Award of Excellence, for his efforts towards reducing alcohol-related crime.
