Two people have been killed in a truck crash about 20-kilometres from Uralla.
Emergency services were called to Thunderbolts Way at Rocky River just before two o’clock this afternoon, after two trucks crashed head-on.
The vehicles caught fire following the impact and both drivers were found dead at the scene.
The drivers are yet to be formally identified.
Police expect the road to be closed for several hours.
