A three-year-old boy has died after he was hit by a truck at Arcadia Vale, at Lake Macquarie late today.
Emergency crews, including the Hunter’s Westpac Rescue helicopter responded to Donnelly Road near Wangi Wangi around 4.00pm.
The child was transported to John Hunter Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
