Six people have survived a major collision on the New England Highway, north of Bendemeer.
A caravan was destroyed when it was hit by a people-mover travelling in the opposite direction, just after midday.
The people-mover, with four onboard, rolled several times before coming to rest on its roof, minus a wheel.
Four people were taken to hospital suffering minor injuries.
The straight stretch of highway was closed while emergency crews cleared the scene.
