The Newcastle North Stars have returned to top spot on the Australian Ice Hockey League table, thanks to a successful road trip to Adelaide.
On Saturday, a double to Pier-Olivier Cotnoir helped the Novocastrians make it two-all after regular time.
In the shootout, goalie Olivier Martin was the hero.
Last night, both sides found the net four times, with Beau Taylor on target twice for the North Stars.
Once again, Martin stood tall in a shootout to give Newcastle two hard-fought wins.
