A man has survived a shark attack off the Gold Coast.
Police say the man, who was skippering a boat, was attacked about 20 kilometres off shore just before 1pm.
He was met by paramedics when the boat returned and was taken to Gold Coast Hospital, with a minor cut to one of his legs.
