In Round Six of Newcastle Cricket, Merewether scored an outright win, Cardiff-Boolaroo easily claimed victory, Wests also won outright.
Uni belted City, Hamilton-Wickham hung on against Wallsend.
The Tigers were chasing 238 and some Hamwicks mistakes lead to easy runs for Jake Higgimbotham.
Matt Webber ensured his innings ended on 34.
Wallsend skipper Brett Jackson found the fence on several occasions on his way to 58, before Sam Webber snared his wicket at the other end.
