Police suspect a San Remo house fire, which caused $500,000 worth of damage, was deliberately lit.
Emergency services were called to Kallaroo Road in the early hours of September 21 last year.
The property was destroyed, but thankfully no one was home at the time.
Detectives are offering a reward up to the value of $50,000 for information which leads to a prosecution.
