POLICE RENEW APPEALS FOR MISSING PERSON
As part of Missing Persons Week, police are appealing for information to locate Nikolce Veljanovski who went missing from Sydney’s south-west more than two years ago.
There were unconfirmed sightings of the man near Rutherford and Hexham following his disappearance.
In June 2014, then 28-year-old Mr Veljanovski left a house on Allum Street, Yagoona.
Investigations at the time indicate he drove his vehicle, a blue Honda Jazz, to the Royal National Park at Bundeena, and was last seen on Beachcomber Avenue.
After being reported missing, Mr Veljanovski could not be located despite extensive search efforts.
There were unconfirmed sightings of Mr Veljanovski near Rutherford and Hexham in the six months following his disappearance, but he remains missing, and has not contacted family members or friends.
Mr Veljanovski is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170-180cm tall, of a slim build, with red hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue spray jacket, black pants and white slip-on runners.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Nikolce Veljanovski is urged to contact police.
