Tamworth cyclist Olivia Saunders is a state champion, claiming the Under 15s time trial, and going within a second of the criterium title in Wagga over the weekend.
While Armidale’s Katherine Hosking added the New South Wales road race crown to her Australian mountain biking title.
The O’Connor Catholic College student crossed the line second in the Under 17s, beaten by an ACT rider.
Hosking has now been picked for the state’s road team for the National Championships in Bendigo in three weeks.
