Australia has won two silver medals and a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics overnight.
The two silvers came in the sailing, thanks to Lake Macquarie’s Nathan Outteridge and Iain Jensen in the 49er class, and Matt Belcher and Will Ryan in the 470 class.
Australian sprint kayakers Ken Wallace and Avoca’s Lachlan Tame won bronze in the men’s K2 1000m.
