  1. Tonight at about 5.45 pm Natasha Beyersdorf read a preview of stories to appear on the 6pm news. She referred to a story about Byron Shoire Council closing two wedding venues but the story was not shown. As a number of residents of the Newrybar area have been adversly affected by an unauthorised venue the story was of particular interest.
Could you please advise me of the details that were to be broadcast, and why the story was not shown.
    Regards
    Ian Keith

  2. Hi Ian,
That story did not end up going to air due to information we received from Byron Shire Council very late in the day.
We do appreciate that locals would have been interested in this story – if you would email me at kpritchard@nbnnews.com.au I would be more than happy to discuss the matter further with you and explain where the situation currently stands.

    Thanks,
    Kristi Pritchard-Owens
