Three people are in hospital after a two car, head on crash on Pacific Highway, Lisarow this afternoon.
About 1.30, a white Hyundai, crossed onto the wrong side of the road, colliding with a northbound Holden commodore.
The female commodore driver in her 60’s was taken to Gosford hospital with serious injuries.
While the male Hyundai driver was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital with leg and abdominal injuries.
Traffic was affected for most of the afternoon as crash scene investigators assessed the scene
