An elite junior cricketer from Newcastle is about to get the opportunity of a lifetime.
They could be offered a training contract with the Sydney Sixers for this year’s Big Bash league.
The group will trial next Thursday, for the contract, which will see them train with the squad for a week, before experiencing game day.
