TEENAGERS CHARGED OVER STABBINGS AT CENTRAL COAST HOUSE PARTY

Two teenagers have been charged over an incident at a Central Coast house party, in which two people were stabbed.
More than 300 people were at the Palm Valley Road event at Tumbi Umbi, when a group of uninvited guests turned up at around 8 o’clock on Friday evening.
An argument broke out, resulting in a man in his 50s and a teenage boy being stabbed.
The older man was airlifted to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition, while the teenager was taken to Gosford Hospital for treatment for the stab wound on his lower back.
Police quickly swooped on three teenagers in a car nearby.
They were taken into custody and driven to Wyong Police Station, where a 17-year-old and 16-year-old were charged.
Both were granted conditional bail, while an 18-year-old man was released pending further investigation.
