Compass Housing on the Central Coast has been given a helping hand receiving $450,000 from the State Government’s Social housing improvement fund.
The money will be used to refurbish and upgrade outdoor areas and security at 12 properties in the region.
“We have our own program of upgrades but this has certainly escalated that so people will be getting the benefits a lot earlier and we’ll be able to deliver this across the Central Coast.”
Compass’s Community Hub – The meeting Place, will also be upgraded as part of the funding agreement.
