KURRI UPSETS MACQUARIE IN THE REAL NRL

In Newcastle Rugby League Kurri has kept alive its finals chances while dealing a blow to Macquarie’s minor premiership dream.
The hometown Bulldogs hit the front early with a try to Scott Dunn.
The ladder leading Scorpions hit back as Mick Moran set up Kailem Perkins.
In a see sawing first half, Kurri regained the lead with a four pointer to Nathan Ross.
Before Macquarie tied things up with the best try of the day.
Starting near half way, Moran was involved twice, before Jacob Briggs teed up Simon Allen.
In the end it was the Bulldogs’ day, Ben Jeffries put the home side back in front for good.
