Meanwhile, three people wearing ICAC vests were spotted entering Richard Torbay’s house at Armidale this morning.
There was no sign of the former New South Wales MP himself, but his son was seen leaving the family home later in the day.
Richard Torbay’s office was also raided.
The National Party referred him to the corruption watchdog last week.
The former candidate for the federal seat of New England has been linked to Eddie Obeid, currently the subject of an ICAC investigation.
