Fire fighters have extinguished a blaze, which broke out at the back of a Warners Bay business this morning.
Crews were called to Hillsborough Road at around 10am to find smoke billowing from the Swimart store.
Within half an hour, fire fighters had put the blaze out, extinguishing a forklift in the back of the building.
Fortunately no-one injured, but one man was treated for smoke inhalation.
