I live right in front of this and am on a machine to breathe every night. I was the first person to try and report there was an issue as i was struggling to breathe with the overwhelming fumes but hit brick walls until i contacted the EPA. At first it was being denied by council when fire brigade came to investergate until the burnt grass left a trail to the source of the spill. All the ducks and wild life have either died or totally gone. My neighbors and myself have been the ones approaching them to find out what action will be taken otherwise no contact would have been made. Other than a general letter we still have no idea what action of clean up in pland from here.
