A man has been arrested over four alleged sexual assaults from 2008 to 2016 on the Gold Coast.
As part of Operation Melya, police arrested a 50-year-old Gold Coast man this morning.
The four incidents are alleged to have taken place in the Gold Coast, Logan and south Brisbane.
Police say the man is likely to be charged with a large number of offences and will appear in court on Monday, January 23.
Detectives are investigating a further eight offences dating back to 2005.
