ADELAIDE COACH FEARS JETS ROUGH TACTICS

Adelaide coach Josep Gombau has added some spice to tomorrow’s clash with Newcastle, by suggesting the Jets resort to rough tactics to stifle their opponents.
Newcastle has committed more fouls than any other club this season, and copped the most yellow cards.
Last time the teams met in South Australia, the game featured 21 fouls, five yellows and a red card, in a game the Jets won 2-1.
“They cut our actions, our attacking actions, with fouls fouls fouls and this is something that is difficult to play when the other side make a lot of fouls.”
Searching for its third win this season, Adelaide will again be without Fabio Ferreira, who missed the Reds’ scoreless draw with Perth last weekend with a groin injury.
