A 36-year-old man will face Muswellbrook Local Court today, accused of firing a shot through a window, after an alleged domestic violence incident overnight.
Police were called to the property on Inlet Road, Bulga, at about 11pm, after the man and a 26-year-old woman had an alleged physical altercation.
It’s alleged the man took out a 22 magnum rifle from the verandah and fired a single shot, before removing a second rifle from a safe.
The man was arrested and taken to Muswellbrook Police Station where he was charged with a string of offences including, intimidation, possess unregistered firearm and arming himself with the intent to commit an offences.
