NEWCASTLE COUNCIL GIVES THOUSANDS TO LOCAL BUSINESSES TO ATTRACT MORE TOURISTS

A Newcastle bakery that was on the brink during last year’s lockdown, has been given a leg-up to ensure it stays open for years to come.

The business is one of several to receive funding from Newcastle Council, as part of an effort to bring more tourists to town.
