SANTOS EIS NOW ON PUBLIC EXHIBITION

Santos’ environmental impact statement for its Narrabri Gas Project is officially on public exhibition.

The 7,000 page document has been broken into several chapters online, so the public can easily access the detailed analysis.

The statement includes reports into the ecology of the site as well as the potential impacts of CSG exploration.

Environmental groups are using the release to continue their fight against the project.

Public submissions will be accepted from tomorrow until April 24.
