QUAD-BIKE ACCIDENT BELIEVED TO BE THE CAUSE OF DEATH IN THE UPPER HUNTER
Police believe a man has died after crashing his quad-bike in the Upper Hunter overnight.
The 60-year-old man left his Blandford home about 6pm yesterday to work on his property, but failed to return home by 8.30pm.
A search was initiated with the assistance of police, emergency services and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
Shortly before 8:30am today, the man’s body was located on the property.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
