A man’s been injured during a terrifying home invasion at Wallsend.
The 27-year-old was stabbed in the shoulder during a fight with a man, who’d made his way into the Close Street home.
It all happened just before 9pm, with the offender running from the scene.
He remains on the run – police say he’s around 185 centimetres tall with a solid build.
The victim was taken to John Hunter Hospital for treatment.
