Concern over a perceived lack of policing in Wallsend was the focus of a community forum this morning.
Shadow Police Minister Guy Zangari was joined by local Labor MP Sonia Hornery for the meeting.
“What we need to ensure is that there are the adequate resources for police, but also police on the ground.
Ms Hornery has been a long-time advocate for reinstating Wallsend’s police station.
