CONVICTED KILLER IAN TURNBULL DIES IN SYDNEY HOSPITAL
Croppa Creek farmer and convicted killer Ian Turnbull has died in a Sydney hospital.
A spokesperson for Corrective Services says the 82-year-old was taken from Long Bay Jail to Prince of Wales Hospital on March 20 and died yesterday from a terminal illness.
The elderly farmer was sentenced to a minimum of 24 years in prison for the shooting murder of New South Wales environmental officer and Tamworth father Glen Turner in 2014.
