The Minister for Social Housing Pru Goward has advised that the Wallsend house infested by cockroaches we reported on yesterday is being fumigated today.
Legal steps are underway to help clean up a neighbouring property.
The house will continue to be fumigated until all of the cockroaches have been dealt with.
