Knights winger Nathan Ross is keen to do everything he can to help his team, even joking that he’s shaved his head so he can run faster.
Ross scored a spectacular try in the loss to the Bulldogs, but wasn’t keen to celebrate.
“Once I’m done playing football I can reflect on that moment, but at this point in time I have to focus on what I can do to help this team get better and win some games.”
34-year-old Anthony Tupou has been seeing more game time recently, in his return to the NRL.
The former Rooster plans to let his performance do the talking when he goes up against some old teammates on Friday.
“I don’t really banter before a game, or out on the field. I’m more just trying to catch my breath I think. Ha ha ha.”
