Police are urging witnesses to come forward after a man was assaulted and threatened with a knife in Moree yesterday.
The 22-year-old victim was approached by three males while walking in Iris Street shortly after 11.30am.
The trio – described as of Aboriginal appearance – fled the scene with a sum of cash taken from the man’s wallet.
