An elderly woman has been confronted by a home invader during a break and enter on the mid north coast.
Police say that a man forced entry into a home on Panorama Drive at Diamond Beach around 1.30am on last Saturday.
The intruder confronted a 77-year-old woman before fleeing the scene.
It’s unknown if any items were stolen, and the woman was taken to Manning Base hospital to be checked.
