Two Coffs Coast couples are counting the cost of a holiday they never got to have.
When Virgin cancelled a scheduled flight out of Coffs Harbour last month, they could do little more than watch their hard earned savings and trip of a lifetime, sail away without them.

This is my parents and today, Friday 12/5/17 they have received a call from Allianz to say that they are reversing their decision and will be paying out the claim, its amazing what a little publicity can do, now we just have to wait and see if Covermore will be paying Peter and Pats claim as well…..
