The Armidale Mall will be getting more than a fresh paint of coat, with a 50-50 investment by State and Local Governments to improve the safety and vibrancy of the city’s welcome mat.
New lighting and security measures, wi-fi and a fresh look are all said to be parts of the upgrade.
