Lake Macquarie boxer Jake Snowden returns to the ring this Saturday, putting his undefeated heavyweight record on the line at Kahibah Sports Club.
The 33-year-old hasn’t fought since last November, but maintains he’s ready to go.
“Well I’ve built up to three fights, three fights have fallen through, so right up to nearly the day of the fight so I’ve been training on and off, so haven’t really stopped.”
In a boxing State of Origin, he’ll take on Steve Roberts from Queensland.
“Watched a bit of footage of him, he seems pretty fit, but other than that I haven’t really seen much of him.”
